Massage therapy is a powerful training tool

The benefits of massage extend beyond the session – we're training your body to relax and rebuild. Over time, your body develops faster and healthier responses to recover from stress.

Healing starts with inclusion

I use my education and techniques to create a space in which your body can heal itself. That requires making a practice that's body-positive, fat-positive, comfortable and accessible to people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

I have over 1,000 hours of formal training
and 8 years of practice

I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2010. I use my knowledge of movement as a professional dancer to help you better understand your body.

What people are saying

Ella's style, knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail are unprecedented. I have never had a massage that good!
–Andy S.
As a trans person, I have a lot of trouble trusting people with touching my body. One of Ella's greatest strengths as a massage therapist is her ability to work with any and all genders and put people with various types of bodily trauma at ease. My experience was amazing! I can't recommend Ella highly enough!
–C.B.
After a troublesome lower back injury, I finally decided to address several nagging issues. In just a handful of sessions I've noticeably decreased pain and increased my range of motion in my arm, leg, and neck – when I'd just about given up on ever getting better.
–J.G.
Ella offers insight and understanding into how your body works. A single discussion helped me become aware of my own patterns and asymmetries, and that valuable insight has stayed with me ever since.
– Dr. S.

More testimonials

I work as a blacksmith and have a lot of problems from repetitive motion and general stress from running a business.  Visiting Ella has drastically helped both.  I usually feel better literally by the next day, both physically and emotionally.  Her treatments are affordable and incredibly effective whether you're just looking to treat yourself or seeking help recuperating.
–Jared O.
One of the things I appreciate most about Moriah is how calming she is. I always feel at ease in her care, so much so I sometimes catch myself dozing off which I'd never done before. She has great skill and attention, I can feel her adjust her touch before I even need to ask. Amazing.
–J.G.
This was by far the best massage I've received in my life. Ella is skilled, sensitive to your needs and boundaries, and thoroughly compassionate. I recommend her without reservation.
–Bob R.
It means a lot for me to find a massage therapist that I really like. I'm not comfortable with everyone. I felt very good about Ella, she was very intuitive to what was best for me and I left feeling great. I would go back any time and have recommended her to friends who have also had positive experiences. Easy online scheduling. Well worth it!
–Rachel V.
Ella is one of the finest massage therapists I've come across. She understands that the healing process is not just about rubbing a muscle, but understanding the root of the problem. If you are thinking about trying massage therapy for the first time, be assured that you'll be in caring hands and in a friendly environment.
